Transatlantic Pale Ale

 

A synergy of traditional English malts and New World American hops combined to create a refreshingly zesty pale ale.

​

Showcasing a pine and citrus profile contributed from the American hops, perfectly balanced with a caramel maltiness and orange hue from the English malts, accentuated with a rich body and mouthfeel derived from a delicate addition of oats.  Fermented with a fruity ester producing yeast strain for a modern take on a classic style.

Hops:

Hallertau Mittlefruh, Magnum

 

Grains:

Pilsner Malt, Vienna Malt, Carapils

 

Ingredients:

Malted Barley, Hops, Water, Yeast

 

Allergens:

Contains: GlutenBarley

 

Suitable for vegans.

PIER PRESSURE

Pseudo Pilsner

 

A perfect balance of tradition with a modern twist resulting in a crisp and quenching ‘Pilsner’ style lager.

​

Created with traditional use of Premium German Pilsner malts, Noble German hops, and conditioned through a long and cold lagering process, But initially fermented with a top fermenting ale yeast at warmer than average temperatures to create a hint of fruitiness on the palate, technically making this a ‘Kolsch’.  Boasting a light floral and spicy hop profile, rounded through a soft and sweet presence from the malts, and complimented further from the fruity yeast contribution.
